The HR Administrator/Generalist supports Wingstop’s Field HR operations and ensures a seamless team member experience. This role administers and enhances field benefits, HRIS, and talent acquisition processes while serving as a key advisor on policy interpretation, compliance, and system issues. Acting as a central hub for HR process execution, data accuracy, and field communication, the HR Administrator/Generalist drives operational excellence across the function. You will manage benefit programs, maintain HRIS data integrity by resolving Oracle feed errors, and support the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle. Partnering with HR Business Partners and the HRIS team, you’ll ensure accurate data, timely issue resolution, and effective communication through the Field HR website and shared inbox. Through these efforts, you’ll improve efficiency, transparency, and the overall employee experience across Wingstop’s field organization.
