The Human Resources (HR) Generalist performs HR responsibilities at a professional level while serving as a trusted resource to business leaders and employees. This role supports and influences key people processes including performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and employment law compliance, while advising through complex and sensitive situations with guidance from the HR Manager. The HR Generalist works proactively with assigned business unit(s) to implement people initiatives, anticipate needs, and provide practical, businessâaligned HR solutions. Compensation for this Role: $80,000 to $90,000 Depending on Experience
