About The Position
We are looking for an HR professional with experience or exposure to HR systems such as SAP HR, PeopleSoft HR, or any other HR module . The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, system activities, and employee data management.
Requirements
- Experience or exposure to SAP HR, PeopleSoft HR, or any HR module
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Support HR operations using SAP HR / PeopleSoft HR / HRIS systems
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support payroll, benefits, and time management activities
- Prepare basic HR reports and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR system support
- Ensure HR process compliance and data accuracy
