The HR Digital Solutions Analyst is an entry-level role within the Human Resources team responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of HR technology platforms. This role will contribute to the recommendation, development, and administration of HR systems such as the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other digital HR tools, including AI driven solutions. The HR Digital Solutions Analyst will collaborate with HR and IT colleagues to ensure that systems are configured, maintained, and leveraged to improve efficiency, employee experience, and data-driven decision-making. This position does not offer Visa Sponsorship, STEM-OPT, or OPT support. This position offers 1 day remote from home schedule and is not remote. Candidates must reside in Houston area during employment.
