Role Description: Manage and maintain sales enablement content within Seismic, including uploads, updates, archiving and version control Ensure content is properly tagged, categorized and aligned to business objectives Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to publish approved content and remove outdated or non-compliant assets Support content governance standards to maintain platform consistency Continue work with strategic goals in mind to further the roadmap for the platform Document processes and maintain continuity to ensure smooth transition

Requirements

  • Experience managing content in Seismic
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple content updates and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable collaborating and communicating cross-functionally with other teams
  • Familiarity with sales enablement best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field, or relative work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building out automation/LiveDocs within the Seismic platform is preferable, but not required
