Key Responsibilities: As an HR Development Officer – Site Level, you play a key role in the operational deployment of the Group’s HR Development strategy on the ground, in close coordination with the Site HR Manager and central HR teams. Onboarding & Integration Structure and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a successful employee experience from day one on site. Organize collective induction sessions and ensure regular follow-up with new hires (checkpoints, feedback, and ongoing support). Training & Skills Development Deploy and facilitate the Training Plan at site level in coordination with managers and Central HR. Identify competency development needs and monitor the effectiveness of implemented training actions. Engagement & Corporate Culture Implement and facilitate HR rituals and engagement initiatives (HR Townhalls, HR Cafés, Talent Talks, etc.). Lead workshops centered on the Group’s values and promote a strong, shared corporate culture. Roll out initiatives fostering intergenerational and intercultural cohesion. Listening & Social Climate Conduct regular listening sessions with teams. Identify early warning signs (disengagement, turnover risks, internal tensions) and propose appropriate action plans in coordination with the Site HR Manager. HR Projects & Group Initiatives Contribute to the deployment of Group HR projects at site level. Ensure regular reporting on HR Development actions and participate in cross-functional initiatives. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR Development processes (onboarding, training, engagement, talent management) Ability to facilitate workshops and engage diverse audiences Strong field presence with active listening skills Ability to analyze HR indicators and identify improvement areas Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach Education & Experience: Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent Experience: First experience in HR Development, ideally gained within an industrial environment This position requires geographical mobility across our operational sites in the South-East regions of Morocco.
