Vytalogy Wellness, LLC seeks an HR Corporate, Operations & Compensation Director in Boulder, CO responsible for partnering with executives to support the entire organization with respect to Vytalogy’s strategic HR initiatives and decision-making. Specific duties include: (i) assimilating strategic information and participating in organizational design efforts, from gap assessments to plan execution; (ii) developing and leading corporate talent management processes, including Learning & Development (L&D) programs; (iii) managing change initiatives effectively and ensuring robust internal communication across all organizational levels; (iv) coaching and counseling employees and managers on various HR topics, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable work environment; (v) managing and delivering a range of HR programs, including employee engagement, performance management, and the annual compensation cycle; (vi) developing and implementing the organization's compensation strategy and programs; (vii) researching and analyzing competitive pay practices to inform annual compensation planning and decisions; (viii) performing job analyses and pay evaluations, and maintaining related HR tools and systems to ensure competitive and fair compensation; (ix) providing compensation counsel to HR Business Partners, Executives, Line Managers, and Recruiters; (x) partnering with Operations leaders to address site-specific HR needs, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and workforce planning; (xi) leading initiatives focused on building and sustaining a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing culture; and (xii) collaborating closely with leaders across all functions to support the overall business strategy, ensuring HR aligns with operational and organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human Resource Management plus two (2) years of experience in Human Resources team leadership with a Private Equity backed company.
  • Experience must include two (2) years with each of the following: (i) analyzing HR metrics (turnover data, performance data, and compensation planning); (ii) payroll benefits and administration: (iii) organization and talent development; (iv) compensation analysis and planning; and (v) organizational design, including decision-making structures, leadership selection, and human capital planning/change management, process mapping, culture/employee relations and engagement, and corporate communications.
  • Experience can be concurrent.
  • Must also be a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically up to 25% to different Vytalogy plants in TX and CA.
