About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator who operates with urgency, precision, and accountability. This role is built for someone energized by high-intensity environments—where priorities shift quickly, expectations are high, and execution matters. You will be a critical driver of day-to-day People operations, ensuring flawless coordination across onboarding, employee experience, compliance, and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR/People operations or coordination in a start-up environment
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HRIS and personnel files, ensuring data integrity, organization, and compliance with company policies.
  • Administer and monitor Form I-9 employment eligibility verifications, ensuring timely completion, accurate documentation, and adherence to federal regulations.
  • Support new hire onboarding by preparing required documentation, coordinating system access setup, and scheduling orientation sessions.
  • Partner with People Operations, IT, and hiring managers to deliver a seamless and welcoming first-day experience for new employees.
  • Assist with offboarding processes, including documentation collection, system access updates, and coordination of exit procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for employee engagement initiatives and related programs as needed.
  • Proactively identify and implement workflow improvements, leveraging AI and other tools to streamline and automate backend processes.
  • Manage sensitive employee information with the highest level of discretion, ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
