About The Position

The Human Resources Coordinator will support, organize, and assist with human resource department transactional processes for multiple brands. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including HRIS entry, record-keeping, and file maintenance. The ideal candidate is English/ Spanish Bilingual, highly motivated, eager to learn, and pays great attention to detail. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.   This is an in-person role based out of Tampa, FL.  The position is eligible for 1 hybrid work from home day after a 90-day probationary period, pending work performance.

Requirements

  • Experience usingADPWorkforce.(Preferred)
  • English/Spanish Bilingualis aplus, butnotrequired.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related business and communication tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation.
  • Thorough attention to details.
  • Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Reliable and personable; enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals and ensuring employee requirements and needs are met first.

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of one or more HR Business Partners,isa vital source of general human resources information for our employees.
  • Conducts administrative onboarding of new hires in HRIS system.
  • Abides by company HR processes and current employment laws and regulations.
  • Conducts oracquiresbackground checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, andmaintainsI-9 files.
  • Organizes,maintains, and updates employee HRIS information, as needed.
  • Performs routine tasksrequiredto administer and execute human resource programs.
  • Answers general benefits questions.
  • May perform some recruitment duties,facilitatingthe hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Triages calls and emails from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to theappropriate staff.
  • Maintains general knowledge of trends, best practices, employment laws, and HR related technologies.
  • Supports any other special projects that arise based on organizationalneed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
