Join us in crafting memories for fans that go beyond the game. We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist in managing the successful operations of our staff. This role will ensure an exceptional staff experience that meets the high standards of Levy and will assist team members in maintaining a safe environment. Responsibilities
- Staff Experience: Assist in recruitment, facilitate employee onboarding, participate in HR initiatives to improve engagement, and serve as point of contact for employees to address HR-related questions and concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in audits and reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, in both paper and internal database.
- Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
