About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with an organization in Longmont, Colorado to hire an HR Coordinator. This role supports a fast-paced professional office environment by assisting with full-cycle recruitment, HRIS/ATS administration, and employee onboarding. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in creating a positive candidate and new hire experience while supporting HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and policy communication.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or administrative support role (HR exposure preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive, service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in HR operations

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Experience with ADP or similar HRIS/ATS platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create and post job openings on internal and external recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct background, credit, and reference checks
  • Prepare employment offers and ensure completion of preboarding requirements
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records, employee files, and I-9 documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and policy communication
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews
  • Assist with HR compliance efforts, audits, and performance management administration
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned
