Under the direction of the AVP of HR and SVP of HR and Training, the HR Coordinator acts as a liaison for employee matters. The HR Coordinator works to enhance and improve the satisfaction and engagement of all employees by ensuring that concerns are addressed and promptly resolved in compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, performance management, pre-boarding, onboarding, employee training and development, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, payroll, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
