Position will report to the Complex Human Resources Manager Conduct complex training sessions in a classroom setting for the De Queen and Nashville locations Schedule and coordinate training for multiple, sometimes simultaneous, training sessions Meet with Managers, Supervisors, Human Resources, and Benefits coordinators to review training materials and processes. Recommends program changes or enhancements to meet training requirements. Support Orientation Specialist with any training updates or needs. Participate on HR & company committees .
