About The Position

Join our team as a Reservations Group Coordinator! We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support our group reservation needs. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and events teams to coordinate reservations for groups, ensuring all details are accurately documented and communicated. Assist the Front Office with pre-registration of V.I.P.’s and Preferred accounts. Assist in preparation of 10-day forecast and Group Commitment report. Strong attention to detail required. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in reservations or group sales in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reservations for groups
