About The Position

This position will be a key driver in optimizing our organization’s Career Marketplace and HorizonU platform by ensuring our learning and talent technology aligns with business strategy, improves associate skill development, and fosters internal mobility. The ideal candidate will consult with business and HR leadership to identify the right talent, with the right skills are in the right place by creating strategies that leverage the technology capabilities. The candidate must possess the ability to think critically and creatively, analyze, and interpret data, then translate data into actionable insights and strategy. As part of the Talent Center of Excellence (TCoE) within Human Resources, this role requires expertise in relationship management, system analysis, data analysis, project management, and keen decision making.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project management, relationship management, and LMS/LXP administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools and data analysis.
  • Marketing and Communication: Excellent communication and marketing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Configuration
  • AI/Skills Configuration: Configure AI-driven matching algorithms to map associate skills with internal opportunities, projects, and learning resources.
  • Integrations: Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to maintain seamless data flows between the HRIS, LXP, and Career Marketplace.
  • System Analysis: Conduct systems analysis of the Career Marketplace/HorizonU engagement and talent data to recommend integrations and process improvements.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Performance Metrics: Develop reporting on talent mobility, skill gaps, learning engagement, and platform adoption metrics for senior leadership.
  • Insights Generation: Analyze associate skill data and learning trends to make data-driven recommendations for future learning initiatives and talent strategy.
  • Data Analysis: Work in partnership with the PM Advisor to analyze data to develop metrics and dashboards for leaders. Provide data-driven insights, ensure data quality, and design actionable reporting.
  • User Experience and Stakeholder Management
  • Marketing and Engagement: Develop actionable strategies to promote engagement and adoption, including social platforms (learning communities), mentoring and career exploration.
  • Support and Training: Provide technical troubleshooting and training for associates and managers on platform functionality.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Partner with business unit leaders to identify project-based opportunities (gigs) and curate skills-based learning paths to support company growth and talent optimization.
  • Change Management: Develop communications and resources to drive platform adoption and foster a culture of internal mobility and continuous learning.
