This position will be a key driver in optimizing our organization’s Career Marketplace and HorizonU platform by ensuring our learning and talent technology aligns with business strategy, improves associate skill development, and fosters internal mobility. The ideal candidate will consult with business and HR leadership to identify the right talent, with the right skills are in the right place by creating strategies that leverage the technology capabilities. The candidate must possess the ability to think critically and creatively, analyze, and interpret data, then translate data into actionable insights and strategy. As part of the Talent Center of Excellence (TCoE) within Human Resources, this role requires expertise in relationship management, system analysis, data analysis, project management, and keen decision making.
