About The Position

Under the direction of the Director, HR Compliance, the HR Compliance Analyst supports the InnovAge HR Compliance Program by ensuring adherence to internal policies, federal CMS/PACE regulations, and state regulations. This role involves auditing, reporting, monitoring, and cross departmental collaboration to maintain regulatory readiness. Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities Functional Category: Workforce Compliance Estimated Percent of time Spent – 65% Perform routine audits of onboarding documentation and personnel records; recommend process improvements Conduct quarterly HR audits; compile data in HR Audit Monitoring tools (e.g., Power BI) and assist with reporting Support regulatory audits (State and CMS) by collecting and remediating personnel file data; assist with document requests and corrective actions Prepare and analyze compliance reports using statistical methods to guide planning Monitor Relias training completion; escalate noncompliance to leadership Track initial and ongoing competency documentation Support HR compliance projects as assigned Provide ad hoc support for business needs, including MAA activities, team coverage, and urgent requests Functional Category: Dashboard and System Monitoring Estimated Percent of Time Spent – 20% Audit and remediate the Employee Compliance and Training Compliance Power BI dashboards; report necessary code adjustments to ensure accurate compliance tracking Manage assigned components of the HR Compliance inbox/ServiceNow platform and respond in a timely manner Utilize ServiceNow to enhance tracking and visibility of compliance activities Assist with the annual Employee Health Initiative during Q2, ensuring HRIS reflects accurate health document compliance and prompting completion as needed Functional Category: Employee Onboarding Estimated Percent of time Spent –15% Support I-9 compliance with all new hires; conduct weekly orientation, host office hours, and complete follow-up until all regulatory standards are met Complete weekly Data Entry Report and Review with stakeholders Assist with other facets of employee or contracted onboarding as needed Travel Requirements Travel Estimated Percent of time Spent 0% Travel between national InnovAge worksites Overnight travel out of state

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two (2) years of experience auditing compliance-related documents or in HR document management
  • One (1) year of experience working with healthcare and/or HR compliance and regulations
  • One (1) year of HRIS experience, especially in generating reports
  • Skilled at identifying problems, conducting audits and following up for corrective actions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a broad spectrum of individuals to meet compliance objectives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Apps

  • One (1) year of PACE related experience
