The compensation analyst will be primarily responsible for Quonset Point hourly wage and structure. The selected candidate will maintain & execute the current wage practices including progression, annual wage increases, labor grade structure changes & ad hoc requests. May be required to support all salary compensation tasks and projects as needed. The successful candidate will be looking to become a subject matter expert in the area of wage administration and will have experience with the following skills: Critical thinking Problem solving Analyzing data sets in Excel Making decisions with sound judgment Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gain consensus Operating in defined frameworks while handling exceptions Time management and strong organizational skills Adaptability Solutioning
