About The Position

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an HR Compensation Analyst to join our team! The HR Compensation Analyst works within the Human Resources department, providing data analytics and compensation expertise to ensure fair, competitive, and equitable pay practices across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing internal and external compensation trends, evaluating market data, and supporting ongoing job architecture and salary initiatives. This position will partner with HR Management in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s compensation framework – ensuring that compensation aligns with job responsibilities, organizational structure, and external market benchmarks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years’ experience in compensation analytics, HR Compliance, or Job Description review and comparison; OR
  • Associate’s degree and four (4) years’ experience in compensation analytics, HR Compliance, or Job Description review and comparison; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ experience in compensation analytics, HR Compliance, or Job Description review and comparison; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Human Resources, Information Technology, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business degree.
  • Experience with ADP and/or Smartsheet.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP

Responsibilities

  • Conduct job analyses by partnering with managers and external research to gather information on duties, responsibilities, skills, and organizational structure.
  • Maintain appropriate job classifications, FLSA status (exempt/nonexempt), and salary ranges for positions based on duties and market data; recommend updates and improvements.
  • Evaluate and maintain career progression paths and leveling systems, ensuring alignment with organizational structure.
  • Analyze internal compensation trends and external market data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Benchmark positions using compensation surveys and market intelligence; identify trends and recommend pay adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for HR, management, and executive leadership.
