We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to support the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs. This role will ensure that our pay structures, incentive programs, and bonus plans are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. This is a fully remote position that offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, plus an annual bonus.
