We’re looking for a Compensation Analyst to join Procore’s Total Rewards team. In this role, you’ll support global compensation programs to ensure Procore’s pay practices remain competitive and scalable. The primary goal of this role is to maintain accurate compensation data, support analysis, and contribute to the effective execution of Procore’s global pay programs. As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll partner with senior Total Rewards team members and cross-functional partners—including Benefits, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS—to manage survey submissions, validate Workday data, and assist with compensation analysis. Use your analytical skills, attention to detail, and Excel expertise to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
