About The Position

Create company statements and draft memos, announcements, and communications for internal and external release at times utilizing graphic design Develop and utilize new methods for business communications utilizing modern technologies Communicate through multiple mediums/channels (website, phone app, social media, HRIS system, email, etc.) Social Media management for NSE Campus Operations – fresh content updates, management, and engagement Develop and deploy branding and marketing strategies for internal and external brand connections (design, schematics, campaigns, etc.) Website Management for NSE Campus Operations: Develop relevant and up-to-date content for company website, including but not limited to design additions, functionality improvements, and site sections. Support recruiting function through fresh advertisement methods and campaigns Create content, Facilitate, support, and participate in business meetings Monitor processes and procedures to maintain effective practices Associate Involvement Committees coordination – planning, budget support, activities coordination, activities approvals Corporate Associate Relations activities planning and coordination – work with potential vendors as needed Coordinate company sponsorship opportunities to positively promote the company in the community Complete reports in a timely manner; prepare presentations for all levels when necessary Communicate and serve as a role model for policies and procedures Support and serve as a role model for NSE’s KPI’s of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale and Environment Always demonstrate and serve as a role model for Respect for the Individual Maintain professional, positive, and consistent open communication with all levels of the organization, communicating with diverse groups of people and ensuring understanding Demonstrate and serve as a role model for a Challenging Spirit and Innovation by continuous improvement in self and daily processes using PDCA cycles. Requirements

  • High School Graduate (required), BA/BS in Human Resource management or equivalent work experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Mirosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access)
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse audiences, levels, and circumstances
  • Willingness to present in front of groups, lead activities, and utilize self-initiative to develop activity plans, set direction for direct reports, and projects as assigned
  • Must be able and willing to work in a high-speed production environment working around fast-moving machinery
  • Must be able to complete assignments on assigned dates and shifts. Must also be willing to work on safety- W/C and other duties as assigned

Nice To Haves

  • Education and/or experience with marketing, business development and/or communications
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required
  • Strong written communication and public speaking ability
  • Experience managing Social Media content for a company preferred
  • Novice ability in Word Press website functionality
