This is a 2nd shift position with approximate work hours of 3PM to 1AM. The role involves supporting daily HR activities, including updating employee records and providing employee assistance. Key duties include performing clerical tasks, data entry, maintaining employee files, and assisting with the organization of medical information while ensuring HIPAA and employee privacy guidelines are followed. The HR Clerk will also provide assistance with new hire orientation and recruiting as needed, create and distribute HR reports, and help employees with HR-related questions, along with other relevant duties.
