About The Position

You will serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) within an assigned Emory Healthcare operating unit and/or division You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional HR services, support, and consultation to our internal stakeholders Your primary focus will be on culture/engagement, talent management, organizational development, change management and HR best practices Talent Management: Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development Assist in the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching Organizational Development: Work with leadership to assess organizational needs and propose HR solutions that support business objectives Drive initiatives related to culture, diversity, and inclusion that promote a positive work environment HR Consultation: Offer expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee development Stay current on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness Data Analysis: Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and decision-making Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and employee documentation Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • A combination other education and related professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Proven experience in HR, with at least three (3) years as an HR Business Partner or HR Service Delivery Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems
  • Change management and project management skills
