About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnership Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and program leadership to support business goals and operational priorities. Provide strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design support. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on people strategy, change management, and culture. Employee Relations & Compliance Led employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with federal state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and applicable government contracting requirements. Support compliance with ITAR, security clearance requirements, and export-controlled environments. T alent & Performance Management Support recruiting and onboarding strategies for technical and cleared roles. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and development needs. Leadership Development & Coaching Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, communication, and people management best practices. Facilitate leadership training programs and organizational development initiatives. Support employee engagement and retention strategies. Compensation & Workforce Programs Partner with compensation and benefits teams on salary planning, promotions, job leveling and pay equity. Support merit, bonus, and incentive planning processes. Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and HR programs. HR Operations & Projects Maintain HR documentation and records in compliance with internal policies and audit requirements. Support internal audits, government compliance reviews, and HR metrics reporting. Lead or participate in cross-functional HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or equivalent role Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices. Proven experience supporting leaders in a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience in Aerospace & Defense, government contracting, or highly regulated environments. SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent HR certification. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or equivalent role
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience supporting leaders in a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment.
