As the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), you will collaborate to develop and administer human resource plans and procedures throughout ProMedica. You will be a consultant for business leaders and employees regarding workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational excellence, employee relations and culture and workforce engagement . In this role, you will look to continually improve the efficiency of ProMedica departments and services . You will serve as a resource for strategic workforce planning, discussing employee career paths with managers, and recommending developmental strategies to meet professional and organization goals.
