About The Position

As the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), you will collaborate to develop and administer human resource plans and procedures throughout ProMedica. You will be a consultant for business leaders and employees regarding workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational excellence, employee relations and culture and workforce engagement . In this role, you will look to continually improve the efficiency of ProMedica departments and services . You will serve as a resource for strategic workforce planning, discussing employee career paths with managers, and recommending developmental strategies to meet professional and organization goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Management and Leadership, Industrial Relations, or similar concentration
  • 5+ years progressive HR experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Certifications in Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification
