As an HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a strategic partner to Technology VPs, specifically within the Tech Ops, Ground Ops, and Customer & Commercial pillars. You'll build trust quickly at all levels of the company and seamlessly shift between high-level strategic conversations and complex Employee matters. In this role, you'll be forward‑thinking, always considering how we can elevate our work, drive consistency, and strengthen our impact on the business. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing People strategies and programs that support both short‑ and long‑term business goals with the overall objective of attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
