About The Position

Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking a highly motivated Human
Resources Business Partner (HRBP) as part of the Human Resources team. The HR
Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to guide leaders towards
effective working relationships and organizational success. The HR Business
Partner will report to the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer. For the
Laboratory, the work week is a 9/80’s schedule with every other Friday off.

The Human Resources Business Partner is part of the HR team. You will work with
other HRBPs, delivering the full scope of progressive HR consulting services,
working in conjunction with the HR team, including Benefits, Compensation,
Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and HR Information Systems.
