About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our expanding HR team and serve as a strategic partner to leaders across our Infinity Replacement business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong and specialized focus on Employee Relations (ER). As an HRBP, you’ll build trusted relationships with leaders and employees, provide day-to-day HR support, and play a key role in driving organizational culture, talent development, and effective people practices. You’ll bring thoughtful judgment, balanced recommendations, and a solutions-oriented mindset to a broad range of ER matters, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with company values. Highlights of your role Employee Relations – Primary Focus Manage a very high volume of ER cases with efficiency, professionalism, and sound judgment. Conduct thorough investigations on issues related to performance, conduct, policy violations, and workplace concerns. Provide objective, consultative guidance to leaders on corrective action, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. Coach leaders on best practices to maintain positive, productive, and compliant employee relationships. Identify ER trends and recommend proactive solutions and training opportunities to reduce recurring issues. HR Business Partner Responsibilities Partner with leaders to align HR support with business priorities, workforce needs, and operational goals. Support performance management, and organizational development initiatives. Facilitate learning and development programs, leadership training, and team effectiveness activities. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, etc.) to deliver seamless HR service. Assist with change management initiatives and contribute to cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support HR processes such as onboarding, leave administration (FMLA/ADA), and compliance-related activities. Partner with HR leadership on employee engagement strategies, surveys, and action planning. Requirements

  • Exceptional interviewing, investigation, and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to balance business needs with fair and consistent application of policies.
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
  • Comfortable generating and interpreting data using HR systems and dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Org Development, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 3+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, with significant exposure to Employee Relations case management.
  • Experience supporting a diverse workforce and partnering with leaders across multiple locations and / or functional areas.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law (FMLA, ADAAA, EEO, wage & hour, etc.).
  • Experience supporting teams of 300+ employees is highly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UKG Pro or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
