Phoenix Senior Living is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their Home Office team! The Human Resources Business Partner reports directly to the VP of Human Resources, with strong relationships with the Regional Directors of Operations. PURPOSE The HR Business Partner is responsible for establishing strong partnerships within the Regional and Community leadership teams, and identifying and delivering HR-related guidance, processes and tools in support of employee and business needs. The HR Partner serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The partner helps to develop and implement better people management practices. The Business Partner leads and manages the people management related agenda for the field. The BP acts as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities in the field.
