We're looking for an HR Business Partner who's ready to get out of the weeds and into strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to build relationships, support leaders, and make HR actually work for the business.
Requirements
- 4+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
- Strong employee relations and coaching skills
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
