About The Position

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with plant leadership to drive employee engagement, workforce planning, and operational HR initiatives. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in aligning HR strategy with business goals across a dynamic production setting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Strong employee relations and performance management background
  • Experience supporting onsite operational or plant leadership teams
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR compliance practices
  • Ability to influence, coach, and partner with leaders in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to plant and operational leadership
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Coach managers on policy interpretation, employee development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead talent initiatives including recruiting support, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Drive HR programs that support engagement, productivity, and culture within a manufacturing environment
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable business insights
