As a trusted advisor, the HRBP ensures that HR solutions support organizational objectives and values. They are responsible for aligning business goals with both employees and management. The position establishes partnerships across the HR department to provide value-added services to management and staff, reflecting the organization's business objectives. The HRBP maintains a solid understanding of the business unit’s financial standing, mid-term plans, culture, and competitors.
