Marcus Theaters is on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP ) to champion a positive workplace culture and advance our key HR initiatives. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor, collaborating with the HR Director and leadership to drive employee engagement, resolve concerns with care and precision, and celebrate our teams through innovative recognition programs. You’ll shape and implement impactful HR policies, and manage employee relations while staying flexible to jump into Generalist responsibilities when business needs arise.
