Supports business leaders and employees by ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and processes across MA and RI fleet operations. This role emphasizes employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and compliance, while working closely with the centers of excellence (COE) within HR. Additionally, the HRBP oversees key administrative and data entry functions that support HR operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day processes. Acting as a strategic partner, this role provides insights and guidance to drive organizational success. What you will do:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, Psychology or other relevant field of study
  • 6-8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years Progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or Managerial role. required
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Talent Acquisition teams and collaborating across HR functions such as Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Compensation. required
  • Proven experience managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations required.
  • Experience with HR data entry, administration, and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR processes required.

  • SHRM-CP preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of HR programs across business lines, ensuring alignment with local needs and organizational objectives.
  • Offer expert advice on employee relations matters, managing investigations, resolving issues, and ensuring consistent application of policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and upholding ethical standards.
  • Support managers with performance management by providing coaching and tools to improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead change management initiatives, helping business leaders and employees navigate transitions smoothly.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, including maintaining employee data, handling documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Collaborate with HR operations teams to streamline data entry processes, ensuring that all HR-related information is up-to-date and compliant with organizational standards.
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support decision-making processes, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide insights to leadership teams on key HR trends such as employee engagement, turnover, and workforce planning.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure smooth execution of recruiting effort and aligning business needs with staffing strategies and providing guidance on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify and implement training programs that meet business needs and leadership development goals.
