Join our team and create your future. This position serves as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to the Healthcare Technology Services Group (HTSG) and Payor businesses. The incumbent will work in close partnership with HTSG leadership to support the HR needs of the business. The HRBP will be accountable for overseeing day-to-day HR initiatives, operations, and processes, as well as shaping talent strategies for the business. Reporting to the Healthcare Global HR Strategy Leader, the HRBP will play a vital role in leading, guiding, and executing end-to-end talent management for a rapidly growing business. The HRBP will serve as a key member of the HTSG leadership team and have primary responsibility for the integration, development, engagement, and retention of employees within the business.
