Join our team and create your future. This position serves as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to the Healthcare Technology Services Group (HTSG) and Payor businesses. The incumbent will work in close partnership with HTSG leadership to support the HR needs of the business. The HRBP will be accountable for overseeing day-to-day HR initiatives, operations, and processes, as well as shaping talent strategies for the business. Reporting to the Healthcare Global HR Strategy Leader, the HRBP will play a vital role in leading, guiding, and executing end-to-end talent management for a rapidly growing business. The HRBP will serve as a key member of the HTSG leadership team and have primary responsibility for the integration, development, engagement, and retention of employees within the business. Requirements

6+ years of extensive HR business partner experience, ideally in consulting, healthcare, or digital sectors.
Consulting environment or professional services experience is highly desired.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry dynamics and digital transformation trends.
Experience working within a fast-paced, demanding, matrixed environment that is geographically dispersed globally.
Working within teams with rapidly shifting priorities is required.
Delivering solutions and strategies for solving complex talent issues.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Advanced analytical capabilities, report generation, and data insights experience.
M&A experience a plus.
Value driven individual who actively seeks to positively influence others.
Proven change management, organization design and development, and team effectiveness.
Exceptional people skills, including the ability to work effectively with a wide group of stakeholders.
Extensive experience in working in close collaboration across multiple HR teams including employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, finance, and total rewards.

Ability to partner effectively with business leaders who are working in a highly complex market across a dynamic and geographically dispersed business unit.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice, counsel, and consultative solutions to business leaders on the people-management aspects of their business.
Design and implement innovative approaches to talent programs and policies that align to business goals and objectives.
Create strategies to enhance operational efficiencies and process improvements across multiple HR functions.
Manage the reporting and analysis of people data across the business to identify workforce and talent trends related to headcount, turnover, performance management, hiring, etc.
Deliver key insights and solutions to business and talent leadership to address talent trends.
Work in close collaboration with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) HRBP peers, coaches, and employees to manage and deliver end-to-end talent support.
Manage complex performance management and employee relations matters to ensure a balance in representing all parties' interests.
Drive organizational development, team effectiveness, and employee engagement solutions that improve business performance.
Lead complex HR initiatives including mid-year and year-end performance initiatives, compensation, talent reviews, goal setting, etc., and guide business leaders to outcomes that align with HR and business strategies.
Collaborate and consult on the design and delivery of HR programs with the COEs to deliver effective solutions to the business; put HR strategies into action.
Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the practice and segment business plans and model including, but not limited to workforce planning, budget, and service offerings.
Drive execution of annual HR processes/programs within the segment: Performance management, talent assessment and reviews, individual development planning, and merit and promotion cycle.
Work in close partnership with the HR Strategy Leader to deliver proactive talent strategies.
Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders on Human Capital trends.
Take an active role in the execution of other cross practice HR duties such as lead on various workstreams and implementation of HR projects.
Will work in collaboration with HR lifecycle teams and Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Talent, etc.) to provide support in the day-to-day transactions and operations of the business.
