About The Position

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating organizational goals into effective people strategies. This role focuses on driving leadership development, workforce planning, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. You will provide guidance on performance management, organizational design, and talent development, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on support, particularly during periods of change or transformation. Success in this position means creating high-performing teams, enhancing engagement, and contributing to business outcomes. You will collaborate across HR functions to implement initiatives that strengthen culture, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in progressive HR roles with direct HR Business Partner experience.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders or executives.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and employee relations best practices.
  • Experience supporting remote or multi-state teams.
  • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and high credibility with leaders.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, change, and complex people situations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to align business objectives with people strategies, influencing decisions using data and insights.

  • Drive performance management practices and reinforce company culture, values, and leadership behaviors.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, and advise on risk mitigation.
  • Guide leaders through organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives, providing stability and execution support.
