The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, aligning human capital initiatives with organizational objectives. This role is responsible for leading employee relations, performance management, talent development, and legal compliance, while fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and accountability. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in similar roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational climate management.
  • Practical knowledge of local labor laws and compliance practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare strategic reports (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of discretion and maturity in handling confidential information.
  • Strategic mindset with a solutions-oriented and internal customer-focused approach.
  • Availability to work on-site and travel between locations as needed.
  • Full proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development is preferred.
  • Experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, progressive discipline, compliance with labor laws, and support of legal, audit, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Administer performance management processes, including annual evaluations, continuous feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee regulatory leaves, reasonable accommodation requests, and flexible work arrangements, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Identify critical roles and key talent, designing and executing succession, development, and internal mobility plans; support the Summer Internship Program.
  • Integrate deeply into client operations to support business continuity, change management, and improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR service delivery by partnering with HR Practice Areas and Service Centers, acting as an HR ambassador to the business.
  • Utilize workforce and organizational data to inform decisions, identify trends, and anticipate business impact across functions and units.
  • Support job description reviews, leadership selection processes, and compensation analyses aligned to business needs.
  • Manage suspension and termination processes, HR metrics, special projects, and culture‑building initiatives, ensuring accurate and confidential documentation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, leading proposals and recommendations to resolve complex, high‑impact people and organizational issues.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of all HR programs and services.
