The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a temporary role responsible for providing hands-on Human Resources support to night-shift operations. This position focuses on the day-to-day execution of HR processes, employee relations support, performance management activities, and compliance with applicable labor laws during assigned operational hours. The HRBP works closely with supervisors, employees, and the HR team to address workforce issues, support people-related processes, ensure accurate documentation, and promote a positive, compliant, and respectful work environment.
