You will own special projects that have long-term impacts on the business, providing you will insight into different levels of the organization and various HR specialties. You don’t need to come from HR to work in HR. We can work with your skills and transform them to perform in an HR Business Partner capacity. Requirements

  • The student must be pursing an advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsibilities

  • You will have exposure to strategic projects and support transformation initiatives within Operations & Quality.
  • You will analyze survey results and HR data to make recommendations that drive organization-wide results.
  • You will support talent development through multiple channels to accelerate employee growth.
  • You will support talent rotational programs including the Operations & Quality rotational and internship programs giving you exposure to build your business acumen and HR skills.
  • You will play an active role in talent initiatives and leadership development plans for the Operations & Quality organization making a positive impact in someone’s career development!
