This position will also focus on training and development initiatives while managing onboarding and offboarding processes. Requirements

• 7-10 years of HR experience focusing on benefits and employee relations
• Experience in SaaS organizations, especially in healthcare/health tech
• Proven track record of supporting global teams across various geographies
• Hands-on experience with ADP for payroll and performance management
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Policy creation to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Administration of employee benefits and addressing inquiries
• Facilitating employee relations and conflict resolution
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
