Our HR model is based upon Centers of Expertise (COE), Human Resources Business Partners, Human Resources Operations and the Business working in partnership to fuel and sustain TJX growth objectives. As an HR Business Partner I for the Buying office based in NYC, you will support the business by driving greater efficiency and scalability. You will provide support for various HR programs, projects, and initiatives including but not limited to talent strategies, performance management and reporting. You will champion our unique culture as we strive for an inclusive environment where our Associates feel welcomed when they walk in the door; valued for their diversity of thought, background, and experience; and engaged with our business mission to deliver great value to our customers every day. This hybrid position will be based in New York City.
