The role is based in Stockholm, and reports to the VP HR Corporate Functions Who we are looking for: A pro-active and business-minded HR leader to work in close collaboration with senior IT leaders. You bring a strategic mindset, a positive problem-solving approach with a business-first perspective, and a genuine interest in and care for people. Objectives: As HR Business Partner at Electrolux, you develop and steer the implementation of your teams’ organizational and people development strategy. You do so in close partnership with the leadership team, enabling a high performing learning organization. You act as a key sounding board and coach for senior leaders on leadership, culture, engagement and delivery capability, implement the people plan objectives and build a future-ready organization. You inspire and influence our truly multicultural, global organization.
