Assists in administering benefits plans and programs by interpreting policies, following established processes and procedures, solving problems, and communicating information to employees and departments. Provides support to Benefits, Compensation, and Human Resources as requested. Ensures compliance with all benefits related federal and state regulations, such as the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), etc.
