JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSEThis position works with team members to support benefit management, analysis, administration, communication, compliance, benefit program coordination and project management for system-wide offered medical and pharmacy programs with annual cost of about $1 billion for 130,000 employees across the country. Works as a liaison with insurance carriers, third party administrators (TPAs), consultants, national groups, regions, People Connections (HR Technology), HR leaders and employees. Helps to develop benefits communication materials including preparation and presentations to CommonSpirit Health employees and regional HR leaders and benefit staff. Create materials for the Contact Center on notification of system issues/carrier notifications that may rise.
