The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department. This role may assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, compliance tracking, and other activities, as directed by the HR Director. The HR Assistant works closely with the HR Generalist to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and contributes to a positive employee experience.
