About The Position

Join a dynamic team as an HR Assistant. In this role, you will be integral to the centralization and automation of manual tasks necessary for hiring an hourly workforce. You will execute administrative, repeatable tasks daily and perform quality audits of outsourced vendors.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly with Excel.
  • Proficiency in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience in human resources, data entry, and customer service.
  • Attention to detail and a self-starter attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in HR support roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own daily tasks from start to finish.
  • Escalate issues with processes or tools required to complete tasks.
  • Perform quality audits of outsourced vendors.
  • Facilitate reporting and communications to the broad team, including leadership.
  • Apply good judgment in ambiguous scenarios when the path is not clear.
  • Think big to drive process and product improvements on behalf of onboarding and our candidates.
  • Serve as a liaison between field teams and centralized support services.
  • Import and export data within various software platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage all backend processes related to application creation and candidate compliance information.
  • Handle sensitive information and documents with strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
  • Utilize Excel extensively, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, to analyze and organize HR data.
  • Develop and maintain data management systems and streamline workflows.
  • Conduct regular data audits to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of data management procedures and policies.
