JOB SUMMARY: The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for HR operations. Responsible for maintenance of employee record administration, department invoice reconciliation, recruitment prescreening, and front-line employee inquiries. Coordinates employee events and provides support as needed for quarterly board meetings.

Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources preferred.
  • Analytical and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
