Your Mission: The Human Resources Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) department, assisting with various HR functions, and ensuring smooth administration of HR processes. This position will act in a liaison role between colleagues and Human Resources, answering basic HR questions, while ensuring compliance and consistency in federal, state, and local laws and company policies. This position will handle confidential information and manage data appropriately.
