We are looking for someone to join our team who can assist our Payroll/HR Administrator. Key responsibilities would include: On boarding for new hires and new hire paperwork Using E Verify to verify employment eligibility Helping create company log-ins Assisting in filing and keeping organized records of the employees. Cleaning and posting to benefit and 401K schedules. They will also need to assist the accounting office in warranty cancellations. This would include: Processing warranty cancellations and down payment cancellations though our warranty company portal Helping clean the warranty schedule and add notes on outstanding cancellations Email follow ups with the warranty company on monies owed
