About The Position

The HR Advisor provides expert employee relations support, serving as the escalation point for complex cases from the HR Shared Services team. This role is responsible for conducting investigations, advising managers and employees on workplace issues, and recommending actions related to performance, conduct, and policy violations across the U.S. Sales Teams, Production & Operations, and Support Centers.

Requirements

5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations or HR business partnering.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and handling ER cases end-to-end.
Strong understanding of employment law, workplace compliance, and risk mitigation.
Excellent judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage sensitive and high-stakes situations with professionalism and discretion.
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

Responsibilities

Investigate employee complaints, concerns, and policy violations in a thorough and impartial manner.
Partner with managers to coach on performance, behavioral issues, and disciplinary processes.
Provide recommendations and support for actions including disciplinary measures, performance improvement plans, or terminations.
Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for sensitive or high-risk matters originating from the HR Shared Services team.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and CoEs to ensure resolution aligns with policy, law, and company values.
Maintain detailed and confidential case records in the case management system.
Analyze ER trends and provide recommendations to leadership on training or policy improvements.
